Purcell Cup – Old Wesley 9 Greystones 20
Old Wesley Under 20s were unable to win the Purcell Cup as they lost out to Greystones in a lack luster final. Greystones deserved their victory looking the better side for much of the match. Old Wesley were guilty of a large number of handling errors and their line out struggled to claim authority. Old Wesley’s scores were limited to three penalty goals by Jonny Cazzini.
