Metro League Division 1 – Old Wesley 22 Old Belvedere 17
The seconds survived storms of various types to overcome Old Belvedere at Anglesea Road. Played in atrocious conditions with at time horizontal rain, tries by Donnchadh Phelan, Mark Robinson and Craig Telford did enough to earn a hard fought win against a rampant opposition pack. Credit must go to both teams who played with enthusiasm and flair on a night more suited to sitting in front of the fire.
