Accounts Assistant Role for OWRFC

Old Wesley RFC are looking to hire a part-time book-keeper to work alongside our Office Administrator and the Club Treasurer.  The role will be a hybrid role at our clubhouse in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 with the option to also work from home.

Daily tasks include accounts payable, sales invoicing, credit control and bank/cash management. Flexible working hours with an expected minimum of 3 hours each morning.

There would be reduced hours during the summer months of July & August.

The suitable candidate should have previous experience in book-keeping or a similar role within an organisation. Basic exposure to using a computerised accounting system is preferable.
