One of the more pleasant duties of the Club President is representing the club at other club dinners and functions. Old Wesley President Ivan White recently attended the Terenure Rugby Club Annual Dinner as guest of their President Ronny Harrison.
Anyone who knows Ronnie, or met him at our recent Pre match lunch, will know that he likes to wear a hat, indoors as well as out; indeed he is rarely seen without it. As a witty gesture on the night the other club presidents also wore hats, of varying shapes and fashions.
