ew Canterbury and Irish Rugby Girls Give It A Try programme took place at Wesley College last Sunday. 22 girls took part in developing their movement on and off the ball and passing. They came together at the end of the session for their first group photograph.
With 29 girls registered for the programme the future of girls rugby at Old Wesley RFC is certainly looking bright. A big thank you to Andrew Egan, Andrew Bowers and Emily McKeown for their coaching and Patricia Parfrey for her support behind the scenes.
