The J1s led 29-7 at half time against Navan but faded in the second half due to injuries, tired legs and a heavier opposition pack. The match finished 29 all with both sides claiming a tries bonus point. The result finished off a productive weekend for Old Wesley. On Friday the J2/J3s eeked out a 20-19 win over Greystones and the Under 20s enjoyed a comprehensive 77-12 win over Bective Rangers in the JPF Pennant. On Saturday the J4s recorded a 32-17 win over Clondalkin to compliment the fine win for the seniors over Cashel in the AIL. The J4s are now top of their league as the competition approaches the half way stage.
