The main upstairs room at the clubhouse has space for up to 140 guests at a sit-down function, for Buffet, BBQ and canape functions we can cater for 150 guests.
The club uses two catering companies with a variety of prices and options to suit all needs. Let us know what type of event you are having, and we will send on the menus that we believe will most suit your event or if you wish to see all the menus, you then decide which Caterer suits your needs and budget best. We will need to book the caterer of your choice as soon as possible to guarantee availability.
We recommended Berman & Wallace Catering Company Dublin(bermanandwallace.ie) a contemporary catering company who expertly cater for events from small private dinner parties of 50 guests to larger events. They also offer multiple menus options from buffets to barbecues. The feedback we have received for the events they have catered is exceptional and we look forward to many years ahead of working together.
Local company D4 Deli are also a popular choice and provide traditional rugby fare of delicious hot dishes, BBQ or finger food for parties of all kinds. We have worked with D4 for many years and are a favourite with birthday parties, communions and school reunions.
If you wish to provide wine for your guests, we will send on our recently chosen wine card.
The clubhouse has been extensively modernised in recent years to include magnificent windows onto a large first floor balcony, which provides a fine view of the pitch. High-definition large-screen TVs offer the chance to view sports action or show presentations. High quality PA, with option of 2 microphones for your event. Music can also be played though our sound systems using a laptop /phone/tablet.
We also have a Player’s bar that holds a further 100 in a more traditional club environment.

A booking form must be completed along with payment to secure the date. BBQs are usually done on the beautiful terrace and guests eat inside.
Leinster Rugby own the pitches and you can request a pitch directly with them stephen.jameson@leinsterrugby.ie. if you wish to have sports facilities. There is a cost per hour involved for this. (Nothing that leaves a mark is allowed on the pitches only sports games)

If you wish to book….
- The office will let you know if the date is available. We need approx. numbers and timings at this stage.
- If you wish to have a show to see the room, sound system etc the club manager Michael Weafer can meet with you. His number is 0863970479 and ensures the smooth running of your function.
- Menu options and booking forms are done through the office. The caterers need final numbers for food 48 hours before your event.
- If you require a bar tab it works out at €8.50pp. Our house wine is €28.00 a bottle. Corkage is €10.00 a bottle. If you also wish to hire changing rooms, they are €250.00.
