Room Hire is €280.00 or €180.00 for members. A booking form must be completed along with payment to secure the date. The main upstairs room at the clubhouse has space for up to 120 guests at a sit-down function, buffet, BBQ and canape functions we can cater for more. Leinster own the pitches, but we can request usage if there are no matches on. BBQs are usually done on the beautiful terrace and guests eat inside.
The club uses two catering companies. For events of 50 guests and more we offer menus from D4 Deli a local company who provide a delicious home style offering.
For corporate and high-end events of 80 guests and more we can also recommend boutique catering company Ali Davis Foods.
We do allow outside caterers but they cannot access our kitchens and must clean up anything they bring afterwards.
The clubhouse has been extensively modernised in recent years to include magnificent windows onto a large first floor balcony, which provides a fine view of the pitch. High-definition large-screen TVs offer the chance to view sports action or show presentations.

We also have a player’s bar that holds a further 100 in a more traditional club environment. We have more space available outside for larger events.
If you wish to book….
- The office will let you know if the date is available. We need approx. numbers and timings at this stage. If you wish to use the pitches, we can check availability with Leinster for you.
(Nothing that leaves a mark is allowed on the pitches only sports games)
- If you wish to have a show to see the room, sound system etc the club manager Michael Weafer can meet with you. His number is 0863970479 and ensures the smooth running of your function.
- Menu options and booking forms are done through the office. The caterers need final numbers for food 48 hours before your event.
- If you require a bar tab it works out at €8.00pp. Our house wine is €23.00 a bottle. Corkage is €10.00 a bottle. If you also wish to hire changing rooms, they are €250.00.
