d Wesley clubhouse in Donnybrook is the club’s heartbeat all week – especially on match-days, as well as being one of the finest rugby facilities it’s also a great place for private events and functions.
The main upstairs room at the clubhouse has space for up to 120 guests at a sit-down function. We also have a player’s bar that holds a further 100 in a more rustic room. As well
as a fully stocked bar, the club offers a choice of two catering companies. Our function rooms in the clubhouse are available to hire for private events, offering flexibility about the type of event, number of guests and catering
preference. Room Hire is €275.00 or €175.00 for members. A booking form must be completed along with payment to secure the date.

Our walls are adorned by hundreds of plaques presented by visiting teams, the
clubhouse has been extensively modernised in recent years to include
magnificent windows onto a large first floor balcony, which provides a fine
view of the pitch. High-definition large-screen TVs offer the chance to view
sports action or show presentations.
Facilities include: Fully licensed bar, Free WiFi, Large Screens,
High quality PA, catering options available, and expert support for your event.Our house DJ Al can be booked through the club for that want to
dance the night away. He is paid directly on the night! €250.00.
If you require the use of pitches for your event, Michael will seek approval from Leinster rugby.
