One of the biggest fundraising days of the year for the Irish Cancer Society is Daffodil Day – Friday the 26th of March. As you can imagine, this year’s Daffodil Day 2021 will be impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic – it is going to be harder to buy your Daffodil to show your support. With that in mind your Club is going to help the Irish Cancer Society by launching our #WearWesDay so that you can be part of #DaffodilDay2021 and wear your colours.
You can support Daffodil day by simply getting dressed in your Old Wesley gear, it’s that easy.
We are asking all members to wear an item (or more) of Old Wesley clothing; a jumper, a scarf, a jersey, a tie, or evening your full formal attire with a Wesley dickie bow! It’s up to you! Then simply take a picture of yourself wearing you Wesley gear, share it with our social channels (linked below) using the hashtag #WearWesDay and #daffodilDay2021.
To cap it all off donate to the Irish Cancer Society by clicking on the link HERE.
Almost everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer, and with each person’s experience there is a story. Let’s pull together for this worthy cause – #WearWesDay
Your faithfully,
