RESPECT OUR GAME is the IRFU’s initiative to protect match officials, promote positive environments, and address abuse in club and community rugby. We do not need issues creeping into our game, but we cannot rest on our laurels in the hopes that nothing will happen. We must keep up our guard and strengthen our defence against such attacks. Old Wesley has a proud history in Irish Rugby, and it is up to us ALL not to tarnish our reputation
Details below MUST be read and firmly adhered to. Posters will be visible throughout the Clubhouse, and it is irrelevant whether the match is in Donnybrook or away; respecting our game, including most importantly match officials, is a given – do not let yourself or us down
To borrow the slogan from the GAA’s awareness initiative, let us all Give Respect – Get Respect
Respect Our Game: A Reminder to the Old Wesley Community – Old Wesley – Join Us – A Club For Life!
