Old Wesley RFC is one of Ireland’s most established and respected rugby clubs, competing at the highest levels of the All-Ireland League and proudly promoted to Division 1A. We remain a true amateur club at heart, built on a strong community ethos of rugby, friendship, respect and inclusivity—from our minis and youth sections right through to our senior teams, alumni and lifelong supporters.

The Old Wesley Experience

Matchdays in Donnybrook offer a unique and compelling experience. Located in the heart of Dublin 4, our home ground provides a rare combination of elite rugby, strong attendance, and accessible corporate hospitality in a city-centre setting. What truly distinguishes Old Wesley is the breadth and energy of the club community. On any given matchday, you will see engagement across generations—from minis and youth players to senior teams, former players and long-standing supporters. This creates an atmosphere that is both welcoming and commercially valuable for partner organisations.

A Strong Platform, Now Growing Further

Over recent seasons, the club has built significant momentum:

• Strong on-field performance culminating in promotion to AIL Division 1A
• Growth in sponsorship and commercial activity
• Expansion across all sections of the club (Senior, U20s, Youth, Minis, Touch and VI Rugby)
• Improved digital presence, including social media growth and live streaming

Building on this, we are now taking a more structured and ambitious approach to commercial development, aligned with the opportunities created by competing at the highest level of club rugby.

We now offer a clearly defined set of sponsorship and partnership packages designed to deliver real value, including:

In addition, we are actively enhancing how we engage with partners through better coordination, clearer ownership of relationships, and improved reporting and activation.
