What’s Changing?
Old Wesley RFC has fully transitioned to the Smartclub Access System. Entry to the club facilities—including the front door, gym, and bar—is now managed via a personal QR code on your smartphone instead of physical cards.
Savills Cards Discontinued: Existing physical cards with the old sponsor “Savills logo” are no longer valid at the door, gate, or bar.
No ClubZap: The club is no longer using ClubZap for membership management this season.
Member Discounts: Your bar discount and membership perks remain unchanged, but you must scan your app’s QR code to get/apply them.
Physical Card Exception: If you do not own a smartphone and need a physical access card, you must contact the club immediately at
info@oldwesley.ie.
Membership Payment Paths
Players & Families: Membership fees must be paid through Rugby Connect.
Pavilion Members: Membership fees are handled directly through Smartclub.
Step-by-Step App Setup Guide
Download the App
Download the Smart Club Cloud app from either the Apple App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android).
Log In
Enter your username (this is the same username used previously for Smartclub Cloud top-ups, usually including your name) and your password.
Your app account automatically links to your pre-existing club card account and balances.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.
If you do not know your username or didn’t receive an email with it, send an email to
info@oldwesley.ie. The club will reply with your username and issue a separate password reset request.
Key Features of the App
Once logged in, you can use the Smartclub App to:
Access the main club building and gym using your personal QR code.
Top up your bar card balance.
Pay membership fees (Pavilion members).
Make general club payments and book events/services.
